Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, company name, project type, project location, and any message or project details you include. We do not collect this information unless you choose to submit it.

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes — for example, if we add site analytics in the future — we'll update this policy to reflect it.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and discuss your project
• Schedule and coordinate drone flights and deliverables if you become a client
• Maintain basic business records of client communications

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How your information is handled

Contact form submissions are delivered to our business email (fly@coloradodrone.co) through a transactional email service (Resend). We don't maintain a separate marketing database or CRM beyond standard email records at this time.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to manage our business relationship with you, or as required by law or standard recordkeeping practice.

Your choices

You can request that we delete personal information you've submitted, or ask what information we hold about you, by contacting us at fly@coloradodrone.co.

Children's privacy

This website and our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our website or practices change. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
